Okay, so let's just put this out there because it actually bear some weight in regards to my review. I am a two stroke survivor, with left side weakness. I have had five knee surgeries, and a partial foot amputation. Now if any of those things mean anything to you, You will appreciate my review.I absolutely love this trike! It was a real pain in the butt to get set up, which could have indeed been because of my disabilities, but after it all said and done, this is by far way beyond my happiest expectations. It did take a while to put together and get on the road, but most of that was because of the derailleur and getting it set up. I highly recommend that you look at a couple YouTube videos before trying to do so. As far as the assembly, it really didn't take me long at all to get it put together, other than fumbling with the nuts and the bolts in my hands. This trike is very sturdy, and has a really good feel to it. Now. Now I will say it is heavy, but I'm okay with that. , I am 6'2, 240 lb, so I need something sturdy. I went with a mountain trike. Now here's what I didn't like about it. The seat absolutely sucks! I can't put enough emphasis on the word. Sucks. If you looked in a dictionary, next to the word 'suck', there would be a picture of this bicycle seat. I have never met anybody with an ass so small that they would be comfortable on this thing. So plan on getting a new seat.I live out in the California desert, and I only ride on the asphalt streets when it's not raining, so I decided to remove the rear fenders. They are flimsy, and I started getting a little tired of catching my pant legs on the edges. I left the front fender on to keep sand from flying up on me.All in all, it's a hell of a bike. Or trike. Whichever you prefer to call it. Very sturdy. Very well made. And not really all that hard to put together. It looked a little intimidating when I first got it. But it went together pretty quickly. Like I said, tuning the derailleur took more time than putting the bike together. If you don't know what you're doing with bikes, just take it to a bike shop. Trust me.Thrilled to death with the Mophoto Mountain Trike And I would certainly buy it again. Highly recommendMy son put the bike together for me. It took him 5 hours and he's very mechanical. Before riding it, I took it to the Bike Hub for a once over. Everything's great! Until, that is, the Hub put air in the tires. Two (2) of them blew right away. When "the bike guy" looked closer, the seals on the rims were all twisted. My son didn't check that since the wheels were already put together. So I ended up having to buy... the seal for each tire...2 new inner tubes and a new tire. Total cost with labor $60.00So check your tire seal and tires before adding air.Other than that the bike is great!GO STEELERS!I love my trike but have had some issues with it. Customer support has been helpful, but still.. shouldn't have so many problems from a brand new item. If you have time, patience, and money to sink into it, it can be a great trike.Edit, removed a star. Have had even more problems with the trike and would honestly rate it a 1 star if not for the customer service who have doggedly attempted to help me out with each issue as it comes up. Right now it is unridable because my most recent replacement part(the rear axle! Which needed replaced because the original rear drum brake was faulty/twisted and when I tried to unscrew the bolt to adjust it the bolt broke off! While loosening it! In the correct direction!) arrived damaged/unusable(the drive wheel drags like the brake is locked up even though the brake isn't even engaged and you can clearly see a small gap between the belt and the drum)! My son has special needs and he was so happy to get this bike so he can go out with his brother, we assembled the bike following the instructions provide by the shipper and we found missing parts, the assembly pieces has poor quality. Once we built the bike, i notice the bike does not align correctly and its very unstable so i ask the vendor to provide the refund for my money, he send to me the label instructions to return but for my surprise we have to pay for the shipping, I went to the post office and for shipping this bike back will cost me 210 dollars, I request to the vendor to provide me a prepaid shipping label and return my money, i still waiting for the prepaid shipping label. This bike was not easy to assemble. The instructions were mediocre. The derailer is a fairly cheap one. Once assembled the bike has a steep learning curve. I changed out the handlebars to ones that were higher and longer to give better leverage when turning. It took a lot of practice in a parking lot to figure out how to turn it. It does not steer like a regular bicycle. It’s a good idea to watch the how to ride a tricycle video on YouTube. It also tips quite a bit when you’re on the road with a cantered edge. It is good for riding on a level paved surface with very mild hills. I finally sold it. I am looking to buy a recumbent trike, like a TerraTrike, which steers better and is more stable.!. The instructions were not for the bicycle I purchased. The derailleur cable mounting instructions were wrong.2. Poor quality control. The derailleur cable shield must run continuously from the shifter to the derailleur. Unfortunately, the second guide from the rear of the bicycle contained slag from the welding operation. I had to carefully drill out this guide to correctly route the cable. In addition, the final guide was (a) of the wrong type and, even worse, was attached backwards. Since the cable shield MUST terminate at the derailleur, I had to again drill the cable shield termination out so the cable shield could terminate at the derailleur instead of at the last guide. Maybe the rear fram half I received was for a different bicycle (I cannot conceive that frame half would work on any bicycle, and I have 35 years of eperience as a mechanical engineer!) The manufacturer might consider actually inspecting the completed rear half of the frame prior to shipping it...
